Fragrance has always been a passion of mine. From the time I was a little girl, I can remember spending many hours playing at my mother's dresser (when she wasn't looking, of course), admiring, holding, and smelling all the beautiful bottles with their wonderful, sometimes exotic names. Shalimar, Arpege, My Sin, Royal Secret, Ambush, Evening In Paris, Youth Dew, Here's My Heart.... to catch a whiff of one of these today is to be magically transported back in time. And it's not just the smell that's magical: The elegant flacons, works of art by craftsmen such as Lalique, Baccarat, Martinot, Gaillard, Dinand...the opulent packaging, the satin ribbons, the golden seals...elements infused with the power to make us feel confident and glamorous.

Online ordering through our shopping cart is the fastest and securest way of ordering. The site's use of CyberCash Secure Payment Gateway (see Security, below) means that not even Scentagious sees your credit card information. All the information you type into your computer is immediately encrypted before it reaches us.

Orders are shipped within 24 - 48 hours except on Sunday and legal US holidays. If we are unable to verify your billing information for your credit card, your order may be delayed longer than 48 hours or cancelled.
We are pleased to offer USPS Priority Mail + Delivery Confirmation, the best value in small package expedited delivery (usually delivered in 2-3 days from the time it ships), as our standard method of delivery. USPS Priority Mail is available to any place in the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. boxes.

During the checkout process, you will be presented with your shipping choices, including price, after you type in your address and zip code information (needed for the UPS shipping calculator to calculate the cost) but before you complete your order.
International Orders (Non-USA destinations)
Sorry, Scentagious does not deliver outside of the USA. Due to the classification of some perfume ingredients (alcohol) as hazardous chemicals, traceable carriers such as UPS and Fedex will not ship perfume internationally.

Orders placed can be cancelled providing you contact Scentagious BEFORE your order has been shipped. In the event of a successful cancellation (cancelled before shipment), your credit card will not be charged.
Within 30 days of receiving your order, you may return any new, unopened merchandise in its original condition, for a full refund of the product's purchase price.
Please Contact us by email or call 314-869-4834 prior to returning your purchase. Shipping costs will only be refunded/reimbursed if the return is a result of our error.
For your own protection, use a shipping method with tracking information, like Federal Express, UPS, or USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation or return receipt service. Scentagious will not pay a refund or be responsible for returns that are not received, if a delivery method without shipping confirmation is used.

If a fragrance is damaged during shipment, please store the fragrance in a safe place and contact Scentagious immediately so we can file a claim with the respective shipping agency. Please note that it is very important for you to retain the damaged product and the carton/packaging it arrived in, in order to file the claim. In the rare case of a defective product you will be asked to return the defective product via traceable carrier, and we will re-imburse you on the shipping paid.
Our fragrance prices are typically less than those charged for the same items in US retail and department stores. In many cases our prices are substantially less. Many items are priced at 40-60% below the manufacturer's suggested retail price. We do our best to provide you with quality products at fair prices. All our fragrances are 100% genuine name brands in original packaging. We do not sell imitations or knock-off fragrances.
We are required by law to charge sales tax on all orders delivered to Missouri addresses. If you have your products delivered outside the state of Missouri, congratulations, no sales tax will be added to your order!
Are all our fragrances always in stock? Not necessarily. It was in stock when we last updated the page that shows it, although we may have only had one of the item in stock. We do the best we can to keep the pages updated and the product in stock, but should we be out of a particular item at the time of your order, we will contact you promptly via email with an estimated date of delivery, and the opportunity for you to cancel the order, if desired. In all orders, your credit card is never charged until the product ships.
On rare occasion, a product that you have ordered (especially gift sets) may have been discontinued from the manufacturer. Should this occur, your credit card will not be charged, and Scentagious will provide you with timely e-mail notification that the item is no longer available.
