Parfums Salvador Dali launched Laguna in 1990 as a tribute to the passing of the great surrealist painter. It's startlingly original and highly collectible bottle portrays the visage of the Greek Goddess Aphrodite, as painted by Dali in "Apparition of Aphrodite's Face In A Landscape", and its fresh turquiose-blue color took its inspiration from the Pacific ocean. A surprisingly lovely fragrance by renowned perfumer Marc Buxton, Laguna is a youthful, refreshing floriental, with an ingredient list that sounds like a tropical fruit salad!
